WEATHER POLICY
The safety of our guests and crew is our top priority. In the case of heavy rain, strong winds, or other weather conditions considered unsafe, we reserve the right to delay, reschedule, cancel sessions, or adjust elements of the event currently taking place.
We closely monitor weather forecasts from BMKG (Indonesia’s Meteorology Agency) and will immediately inform ticket holders of any changes through WhatsApp and our social media channels.
ARRANGEMENTS UNDER SPECIAL WEATHER CONDITIONS
Before the Event Starts:
- If the forecast shows potentially dangerous weather, the event will be temporarily delayed and resume within 1–2 hours after the weather clears.
- If bad weather continues until 2 hours before the end of the session, the event will be canceled for that session.
During the Event:
If sudden heavy rain or strong wind occurs, the event will be paused temporarily.
We’ll wait for conditions to improve and reopen the bounce area within 1–2 hours, or close the session if it’s deemed unsafe to continue.
RESCHEDULE YOUR TICKET
If your session is cancelled or disrupted due to extreme weather, you may request a reschedule to another session of the same type, subject to availability and the following terms:
✅ YOU ARE ELIGIBLE TO RESCHEDULE IF:
•You were present at the venue, had checked in or begun your session, and the event was disrupted by heavy rain lasting more than 60 minutes during your scheduled visit.
•You were present at the venue, had checked in, and the entire session was officially cancelled by the organizer due to extreme weather conditions or force majeure.
•You had not arrived, and the event was officially cancelled in advance by the organizer due to extreme weather conditions or force majeure.
❌ YOU ARE NOT ELIGIBLE TO RESCHEDULE IF:
•You were present at the venue but had not checked in or started your session before the weather disruption occurred.
•You were present at the venue, had checked in, and the session continued despite light or brief rain (less than 60 minutes).
•You had not arrived, and the session continued with only light or brief rain (less than 60 minutes).
•You had not arrived, and although heavy rain occurred, the session was not officially cancelled by the organizer.
GENERAL CONDITIONS:
1. The event will proceed during light rain or short drizzles.
2. Rescheduling only applies if:
– The visitor has checked in and/or begun participating.
– Heavy rain lasted more than 60 minutes during active session hours.
– The disruption materially affected the ability to enjoy or operate the session.
3. Visitors not present at the venue are not eligible unless the session was officially cancelled.
4. Reschedule decisions are final and made only by the organizer. Personal or subjective reasons are not accepted.
5. No refunds apply for any ticket type.
RESCHEDULING PROCESS:
1. Buyers who purchased via Happy Kamper will receive reschedule instructions via email or WhatsApp.
2. If you purchased via Tiket.com, please contact Happy Kamper Customer Service to reschedule.
3. Reschedule requests are only applicable to the same ticket type and day category
a. Weekday Bounce Bright tickets can only be moved to another Weekday Bounce Bright session).
b. Reschedule slots will be offered based on availability within the same session category.
