IMPORTANT TICKET INFORMATION

  1. All visitors must purchase a ticket to enter the event grounds, including the accompanying adult caretakers. Ticket price is the same for adults and children of any age. This includes parents and adult carers (18+ adults) who are accompanying children. Infants under 1 year old accompanied by adult ticket holders may enter the event grounds free of charge.
  2. During Junior and Bigger Kids Sessions, children under 12 must be accompanied by a ticket-holding parent/carer (18+ adults) to enter the event grounds and inflatables. Children ticket holders aged 12-15 may enter the event grounds by themselves.
  3. Each ticket is a 90-minute pass, which includes access to The World’s Biggest Bounce House during a designated 40-minute time slot, as well as unlimited access to all other attractions.
  4. Socks are mandatory for entry into inflatables. Visitors should bring their own socks or purchase grip socks in the event grounds (while stock lasts).
  5. All of our attractions have a maximum weight limit of 245lbs (111kg) and a maximum height limit of 193cm (216cm for The World’s Biggest Bounce House). A minimum height restriction of 90cm applies at our inflatable obstacle course.

SAFETY RULES OF THE BIG BOUNCE

  • Please be careful at all times and be mindful of all the other bouncers around you. Following these rules will help ensure everyone bounces safely.
  • Do not jump down from any areas of height within the inflatables. Always use the provided steps or slides.
  • Somersaults, backflips and other dangerous maneuvers are not permitted.
  • You must never jump into a ball pit. Enter and exit carefully looking out for other guests within the ball pit.
  • Keep your head above the balls in the ball pit at all times.
  • When using slides, always slide down feet first, while lying down with your arms crossed over your chest. Never go down a slide head first.
  • Only ever Slide one person at a time down any slide. Do not sit infants or children on your lap.
  • Never use your foot as a brake when using a slide. Allow yourself to come to a natural stop at the bottom of the slide.
  • When jumping or moving around the inflatables, leave distance between yourself and other guests.
  • Always be sure to follow the guidance and advice of event staff.
