IMPORTANT INFORMATION ABOUT THE TICKET
- All visitors must have their own ticket on hand to be able to enjoy the attraction, this includes adults or guardians of the children.
- Ticket prices are the same for all ages.
- Infants under 1 year old may enter the event area free of charge when accompanied by a ticketed adult. However, they are not permitted to enter the bounce house or The Giant area.
For safety and enjoyment, we recommend a minimum age of 3 years for children to participate in the activities.
GUARDIANSHIP RULES
- All children 3-12 must be accompanied by a guardian aged 18 or above. Tickets are required for both child and guardian.
- Kids who are over the aged 12 are allowed to enjoy the attraction without a guardian.
- Adults or ither children’s guardians should be between 18 and 55 years old. Seniors over 55 are welcome to join but can only stay in the festival area — they can’t go into the bounce zone.
DURATION &ATTRACTION ACCESS
- Each ticket grants access to a 5-hour session at the attraction.
- Every ticket includes access to all bounce attractions, with a designated 30-minute playtime per person in the Bounce House.

SOCKS ARE MANDATORY
- For Safety reasons, It is suggested for all visitors o wear an Anti-Slip Socks when entering the bounce area.

Grip socks are strongly recommended for added safety, though regular socks are also permitted.
You may bring your own socks or purchase grip socks at the venue, subject to availability.
SAFETY RULES
For safety reasons, all visitors must meet the following requirements:
- Weight limit: Maximum 111 kg.
- Height limit: Maximum 193 cm.
- Exception for The Giant area: Maximum 216 cm.
- Minimum height for the obstacle course: 90 cm.
- Do not jump off high areas inside the inflatable. Please use the stairs or slides provided.
- No somersaults, backflips, or other dangerous moves allowed.
- Do not jump into the ball pit. Enter and exit carefully while being mindful of others inside.
- Always keep your head above the balls while in the ball pit.
- When using the slide, always go down feet first, lying on your back with arms crossed over your chest. Never slide headfirst.
- Only one person is allowed on each slide at a time. Sliding while holding a child or baby on your lap is not permitted.
- Do not use your feet to slow down while sliding. Allow your body to come to a natural stop at the bottom.
- While bouncing or moving inside the inflatable, keep a safe distance from other guests.
- Always follow the directions of the crew and staff. They’re here to help keep your playtime safe and fun!
A height measurement tool is available at the venue to ensure participants meet the minimum requirement before playing.

Who are not allowed to enter?
• Infants and kids under 3 years old are not allowed to participate for safety reasons
• Children under 12 years old must be accompanied by a ticket-holding adult (18+)
• Visitors with certain health conditions (e.g. pregnancy, heart issues, or injuries) are not recommended to join bounce activities
Special Rules:
• Socks are required for bouncing (rubber/grip socks are highly recommended)
• Wear appropriate and comfortable clothing
•Smoking or alcohol are prohibited in the play area
• No eating or drinking in the bounce house area
• Large bags are not allowed in the bounce house area.

The event
• Bounce Bright Session runs from 10:00 AM to 3:30 PM WIB
• Bounce After Dark Session runs from 4:30 PM to 9:30 PM WIB
• There is a break and cleaning period between 3:30 PM and 4:30 PM WIB
Yes, ticket prices vary depending on the day:
• Weekdays (Monday – Thursday): IDR 185,000 per person
• Weekends (Friday – Sunday): IDR 275,000 per person
• Special Day (selected Saturdays & Sundays): IDR 275,000 to 350,000 per person, depending on the session
Special Day refers to special occasions like the opening day (June 21), closing day (July 20), and select Saturdays.
Ticket prices and bounce session durations may differ from regular days.

Yes! We offer Bounce Combo packages for those who want to buy multiple tickets at once.
These packages are available for all sessions (Bounce Bright and Bounce After Dark) on weekdays and weekends.
Weekday Combo:
• 4 people: IDR 700,000
• 8 people: IDR 1,300,000
Weekend Combo:
• 4 people: IDR 1,000,000
• 8 people: IDR 1,900,000

Yes, we offer a Student Pass specifically for students who can show a valid student ID during check-in.
This pass is valid for the following session:
• Bounce Bright Weekdays (Monday to Thursday)
Student Pass is not valid for Bounce After Dark, Weekend sessions, or Special Days.
You must present a valid student ID at check-in.
Screenshots or letters of enrollment alone are not accepted.
No, the Student Pass cannot be combined with any other promotions or combo packages.
We recommend arriving at least 30 minutes before your session starts to allow time for check-in, ticket verification, and getting ready (including changing into anti-slip socks). This helps you enjoy the full experience without missing anything!
If you arrive late, you can still enter, but your session time will not be extended. We strongly recommend arriving on time so you can enjoy the full experience without missing out.
There is no strict age limit — everyone can bounce, from little kids to adults!
Note: Children under the age of 3 are not allowed to participate, and the maximum age to join bounce activities is 55 years old.

If you lose sight of your child, please immediately notify the nearest staff or crew member. We have a broadcasting system in place to help quickly announce and locate missing visitors. Our team is trained to assist you promptly and safely. Stay calm and provide a clear description to help us find your child as soon as possible.
Children will be directed to the lost children area and accompanied by crew members until they can be reunited with you.
Yes, the event will continue even if it rains. However, for safety reasons, certain attractions may be temporarily paused or closed during heavy rain or thunderstorms. Please follow the instructions from the staff and crew for your safety.
You will receive notifications via WhatsApp or email if there are any schedule changes due to weather.
We continuously monitor weather conditions and, for everyone’s safety, the event may be paused or stopped at any time if necessary.
We provide tents, shaded zones, fans, and plenty of rest areas for you to cool down and relax. Don’t forget to bring sunscreen and a hat to protect yourself from the heat. Stay hydrated by drinking plenty of water throughout your visit. Our staff will be available to assist and make sure everyone stays safe and comfortable.
My tickets
Tickets are primarily available for purchase online to guarantee your spot and help us manage capacity. However, there is a ticket box office available at the venue where you can buy tickets, subject to availability. We still recommend buying online in advance to avoid disappointment.
All ticket sales are final and non-refundable. Please make sure to check the date and session before purchasing. If the event is canceled by the organizer, a refund or reschedule option will be provided.
However, you can transfer your ticket to someone else if you’re unable to attend.
For now, rescheduling is not available. Please make sure to choose a time you’re confident you can attend before booking.
No printing needed! Just show your e-ticket on your phone at check-in. Save paper, stay practical!
Sure! Tickets can be used by anyone as long as they haven’t been scanned at entry yet. So if you can’t make it, feel free to give your ticket to a friend or family member.
Other Stuff
Yes, there are food vendors on-site offering a variety of snacks and drinks.
Bringing your own food and drinks is generally not allowed, except for special dietary needs or baby food. Please check with staff if you have any questions.
Absolutely! You’re welcome to bring your camera or smartphone to capture fun moments. Just be careful, as the bounce area is quite active and crowded. We are not responsible for any damage to your camera if it falls or gets bounced around.
For safety reasons, we advise pregnant visitors to avoid participating in the bounce activities. However, you are still welcome to enjoy other areas of the event that do not involve physical bouncing. Please prioritize your health and consult your doctor if you have any concerns.
The bounce area is cleaned and sanitized regularly throughout the day, especially during scheduled breaks between sessions. Our team prioritizes hygiene and safety to ensure a clean and enjoyable experience for all visitors.
Yes, we provide locker facilities where you can safely store your personal items during your visit. However, lockers are limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis. Please bring your own lock if needed.
For safety and comfort of all guests, pets — including dogs — are not allowed inside the event area. We appreciate your understanding!
