Please arrive 15 minutes in advance of your session start time for registration, with your QR code printed or ready to show on your phone. This can be found on your confirmation email. On-site staff then exchange your tickets for wristbands so you’re ready to enter your session at your scheduled time.
Your ticket includes a 90-minute session that grants unlimited access to The Giant, Sport Slam, and AirSPACE Pink Alien zones. Entry to The World’s Biggest Bounce House will be arranged according to arrival time — the first 350 guests will be assigned to Session A, and the remaining guests to Session B. Each session includes a designated 40-minute time slot on The World’s Biggest Bounce House.
This arrangement ensures everyone has plenty of space to bounce safely and comfortably. To make the most of your experience, please arrive early and queue in advance for your assigned time slot.
Showing up late to your session will not prohibit you from being able to enter, however your 90-minute session, as well as the 40-minute slot on The World’s Biggest Bounce House within this session, will not be extended further than the original ending time.
Anyone aged 0-100 is welcome! For convenience, we’ve split each session into different recommended age groups.

- ‘Bigger Kids Sessions’ follow the same rules but are for children aged 0–18. Children ticket holders aged 12–18 may enter the event grounds by themselves.
- ‘After Dark Sessions’ are open to anyone aged 18 and over.
Please read the ‘Session Types’ menu above for a full list of ticket details and rules.
No, children are not allowed at the After Dark Session. This session is for guests aged 18 and above and features high-energy activities, loud music, flashing lights, and an adults-only environment, so it is not suitable for kids — this is to ensure their safety and comfort.
It depends on their age. Only children under 12 must be accompanied into the event grounds and inflatables by a paying parent/carer (adults aged 18+) with their own ticket.
Yes, you need a ticket to enter the venue. For safety, we do require that any kids under 12 are accompanied into the event grounds and inflatables by a parent/carer /carer (18+ adults) with their own ticket.
Only the After Dark sessions require all participants to be at least 16 years old. For other session types, there is only a maximum age limit, and no minimum age limit. This allows families with children of different ages to enjoy the inflatable playground together. However, we do require parents/guardians to pay special attention to younger children participating during sessions designed for older kids, due to potential safety risks.
We prioritize safety, and multiple staff members are present during all activities to ensure safe play and proper behavior. However, children are always children, so we strongly recommend that children aged 7 and under attend our toddler-only sessions.

Socks must be worn at all times on the inflatables. Bouncing socks are available for purchase at the event for those without socks. You may also want to bring spares so you can change into a clean pair after the event. You can wear shoes for getting between the inflatables. There will be a covered inflatable ‘shoe zone’ to leave shoes before you enter.
Please keep an eye on the weather and dress appropriately. If the sun is out we suggest wearing knee or full-length pants to minimize exposed skin and sunburn. Light/thin activewear rather than jeans will keep you cooler and give you the most flexibility on the inflatables. Sun visors, sunscreen and water are also recommended items to pack.
The inflatables might be a little wet if there has been rain, or from morning dew at our morning session so we recommend bringing a change of clothes, especially socks.
Please contact a member of staff who will be able to issue a “Lost Child”/”Lost Parent” alert via our radio system. Our staff may ask for some details such as a description of your child, what they are wearing, and where they were last seen. Our staff will assist parents and children to reunite.
If a child is unable to locate their parent or guardian, they should contact on-site staff. The staff will make a “Parent/Guardian Assistance” announcement and safely escort the child to the designated parent-and-child meeting point. The staff will temporarily look after the child until the parent or guardian arrives. The child may be asked to describe their parent or guardian, including what they are wearing and the last location where they were seen.
